The A.G.E. Labs Appointment and Inquiry SMS Program provides non-marketing text messages to individuals who voluntarily opt in. Messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and responses to inquiries submitted to A.G.E. Labs.
This messaging program does not include promotional offers, discounts, or other marketing text messages.
You may opt in through the appointment-booking form on our website by providing your mobile phone number and actively selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is optional.
Providing your phone number, submitting the booking form, or accepting these Terms does not, by itself, enroll you in SMS messaging. SMS consent is separate from email signup and acceptance of these Terms.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or scheduling an appointment. You may submit the booking form and schedule an appointment without selecting the SMS consent checkbox.
3. Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and inquiries. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and messages you send to us, depending on your wireless plan and carrier.

4. Opt-Out and Re-Enrollment
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a text message you receive from A.G.E. Labs. After you opt out, you may receive a final text confirming your unsubscribe request. You will no longer receive messages through this program unless you opt in again.
To rejoin, return to our appointment-booking form and provide SMS consent again by selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox.
